Can someone please explain to me how a twenty somthing Chinese national, who was dpeorted from this country in 2007, married my ex husband in China in August 2008, came into this country in March 2009 on a false passport, was tracked down by the Border Control Agency in June 2009 but was spirited away by my ex to a flat in Bournemouth where she now runs a hairdressing salon. I have given the Agency as much detail as I can but they do not seem interested in tracing her.
This woman has not only split up a happy home and marriage, caused utter grief for me and our young daughter, alienated us from friends and family, forced me to apply for benefits and run up huge solicitors bills whilst he is obtainig no less than five sources of income and seems to be totally besotted with this girl to such a degree that he has pushed his daughter <who is now 11) aside because she has refused to meet her new stepmother.
I know this might sound like sour grapes but I am surely not the first wife this has happened to. I am fighting like mad for my rights but it is a slow and painful business. I want to start up my own business and make a new life for me and my girl but I can't until the financial situation is sorted out. I have feeling that this Chinese woman has manipulated my ex into getting what she wants and I feel that it will all come crashing down on him in a few years time, but until then I know that an illegal immigrant lives in Bournemouth, she has been reported to the authorities but they refuse to act.
Can someone please explain to me why this is fair or indeed, if there is anything I can do?
