Here we answer some of the most common questions regarding the delivery and returns of our wonderful products. For full details about our sale of products to you it is important that you read our full terms and conditions.

Truly Special Products

Delivery

Where products are available and in stock they will be despatched as quickly as possible using Royal Mail. The charges and estimated delivery times are outlined below. Please note that where a product is made to order despatch times will be made clear on the product detail page.

  • UK, CI, IOM, BFPO (4-6 working days) £ 5.00
  • UK Registered (1-3 working days) £10.00
  • Europe (8-10 working days) £ 8.00

All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete in original packaging, in perfect condition and unused. Please take care to ensure that the returned item is properly sealed and includes the original dispatch note or return form.

Making Returns

For all returns, except where the item is damaged, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please:

  1. Complete the delivery note (which comes with your order).
  2. Clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  3. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. When returning items please retain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is damaged. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing.

Earrings: Please note that due to hygiene reasons, and as an explicit exception to our standard returns policy, we cannot accept returns of earrings if you change your mind after receiving them. Please contact the trulyme.co.uk team if you require further details.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
